Club Information
Please note that all SWARC in-person Business Meetings will be held at the Public Library of Steubenville and Jefferson County Main Library in downtown Steubenville, located at the intersection of South 4th and Slack Streets. All business meetings start at 6:00 PM!
SWARC membership requires the payment of annual club dues. The dues are $24.00 per year (or $12.00 for the final half year for those joining SWARC on July 1st or thereafter and also $12.00 for student membership). All members of a household are covered by the same $24.00 dues, and all licensed members of that household have full member voting privileges. The $24.00 is payable by check (preferred – made out to SWARC) or money order, either one mailed to NA2T’s QTH – address is good on QRZ.com. Dues are payable by January 31st of each year, and those members not paid up by March 31st will be dropped from the club roster and no longer considered members.

Executive Committee
The SWARC Executive Committee is the governing body of SWARC and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the organization. Some of the decisions of the Executive Committee must be presented to the membership for approval, while there are specific duties of the committee that are their exclusive domain. Many of the decisions of the committee may be overridden by a motion and vote from the membership should they not agree with a specific decision.
